There is a reason for everything. This is such a famous line. But sometimes it is hard to embrace such an idea especially when you're going through a tough time. When frustration strikes, cry if you must. Shout if you must. Even if you talk to God and question Him, do if you must as long as you release the pain inside you. Prayer truly works even if there seems to be nothing happening and you end up still at the losing end of the battle. Sometimes it helps just talking to God even if there is no immediate answer from Him. When you pray, worries will disappear even if the problem stays. The important thing is you have lifted your concern to God. Even in a noisy alley, even just a simple "God help me", after saying the words, you will get calmed. One day you will find things falling into place. You will find the reason such a thing happened. The answers will be clear to you. Sometimes you will realize that you missed a holiday oyu planned months ago because a terrible thing occured in the place and you were saved. Sometimes you will discover that you did not get the job that you wanted because you had to meet the one that you love first. Sometimes you will find yourself giving up something precious to you, only to find that something better is coming your way. As difficult as it is to be patient, you have to try for good things come to those who wait. Just be still and know that He is God. Problems could be humongous but is not God much greater than any problem you will have, so fear not. The battle is not yours. Leave it all to Him. In God's perfect time, you will find yourself believeing that indeed, things happen for a reason. And it is such a wonderful feeling to have hope, to believe that the time will come when all these difficulties shall pass and what you will have with you are blessings that you did not even expect to have in your life. Would not this be a great gift from God? What do you think? Do you agree or not? Have a say. Share a story. =)

i agree with you, that everything happens for a reason. that's why i can't understand right now, why my husband doesn't want to teach me how to drive our car. i got so frustrated with him that i cried. i think if he doesnt trust me with the car, he will not be able to trust me with anything. sorry for the down response ... i just feel so down right.

I am sorry to hear that. Maybe he has a reason but if he is not saying, it is really hard to try to understand that. I hope he tells you why so it will not bre so hard on you. Take care.

There is a reason for everything. I have found many times over that when something bad happens to someone. Eventually something good comes out of it. Even if its something little like along lost relative comes back and you are reunited. So, yes god has a plan and we dont always know why or understand it but if we watch for the signs we can find out what it is.

Of course, there is always a reason for everything. You see, last year, my 4-year boyfriend broke up and you just wouldn't know how the pain kills inside my heart because I really loved the man. And 2 months after, another man came which much more responsible and very decent than the other one. You see, when you loose someone, you can always get a better one.
