When i was in college, i love to eat with my friends after my last subject. I used to eat lots of quail eggs and pizza. What i didnt know was that for every 1 quail eggs = 3 chicken eggs. At that time i remember i ate 13 quail eggs since they are very small it feel like i only ate 3 chicken eggs but i should have known better. After that i ate almost 5 slices of Pizza. When i got home i immediately took a bath without resting first. Afterwards i let my hair dry with the fan blowing on my head/hair. After that i slept in my room and had another fan blowing directly on me. When i woke up my left side from head to toes felt numb. I can stand up still but my brothers and everyone saw it and they got scared. Its like my entire left side was paralyzed. When my uncle saw me, he cried (literally). Because he thought i had a stroke, he immediately told my mom to confine me in the hospital. There i found out it was bells palsy. The doctor said that the food i ate has an effect plus all the things i have done were wrong. I was blessed that all went back to normal. The doctor said i was lucky because some of my cases the disability doesnt come bacck, thanks to the prayers of my family and friends plus the therapy.
I suggest to avoid eating too much quail eggs and oily food. Most specially dont take a bath when you are tires. Dont let hyour hair dry with a fan blowing directly on your head/hair and dont sleep immediately. The doctor said that this didnt happen at one time. I told he i always do that. He said i guess this time you had too much of wrong routines.
I hope no one would suffer it because it was indeed very hard. :)

The disorder which is always temporary in nature, although it can be lengthier for some than others, is caused solely by a virus and not at all by the foods you eat. The virus settles in your body to the extent that it impacts the nerve endings in your face and therefore causes drooping and slurred speech, much like a stroke. Eventually, as the virus leaves your body, the nerves repair and the drooping goes away.
