What do we understand about the risk of Scoliosis? While i was away, i also went for a medical exam. compelte of the whoele Lab test and Xray. I then found out i have mild scolio. I really dont understand much about it except teh fact that if it gets worse and unmonitored or soemthing and found to be beyond mild and normal, surgery will become an option. It scared me for a tiem there when i saw my results. I had pains a year before just right after my other medical exam. But i was able to ignore it and find ways to ease the pain. I had doubts and thoughts that there was a change in my posture and spine. But as usual, it was cheaper and easier to say its ok. Only to find out, it was symptoms of Scolio. I dont like to think as well that i do have scolio, no matter how mild. Perhaps it was my fault for lack of compelte exercise as well. I always want to think il grow old healthy and stay healthy with no complications. Oh well... I know im not the only one out there. I have several friends and even relatives who has it. But i dont feel relieved.:P As per advise from the doctor, i should go see a therapist and i forgot the other type of doctor so i can be monitored and be able to develop a proper exercise to keep it at bay. The good news about this is now i can tell my husband that my back hurts and escape all chores. Hehehehe :D

I don't know much about it either even though I have heard of it all my life. Be sure to keep it monitored and take care of yourself. Your back is nothing to take risks with.
