I just use warm water with salt in it. Sometimes I will use espsoms salt, but regular salt works just fine too. I tried some of the commercial products but didn't see any difference, especially considering the increased costs. I also love to use a pumice stone on my feet. Works wonders for old, dry skin!

My favorite foot soak is epsom salts and a couple of drops of peppermint and lavender essential oils. It's so soothing and relaxing for tired aching feet.

I use epson salt when I am soaking my feet. I will also add a little oil and fragrances if my allergies will allow it.

I give myself a pedicure every weekend and I soak my feet in warm water with bath oil. It softens and oils as feet get dry very easily.

salt is the best...you can add herbs like chamomile or lavender...but plain salt will do the work... I use sea salt...it is the best not only for cooking...regular salt is good for cleaning....
