what is the best foot soak there is? do you use a home mix or do you buy one

                    I just use warm water with salt in it. Sometimes I will use espsoms salt, but regular salt works just fine too. I tried some of the commercial products but didn't see any difference, especially considering the increased costs. I also love to use a pumice stone on my feet. Works wonders for old, dry skin!

                    salt is the best...you can add herbs like chamomile or lavender...but plain salt will do the work...
I use sea salt...it is the best not only for cooking...regular salt is good for cleaning....

                    I give myself a pedicure every weekend and I soak my feet in warm water with bath oil. It softens and oils as feet get dry very easily.

                    I use epson salt when I am soaking my feet. I will also add a little oil and fragrances if my allergies will allow it.
