How do you manage stress in your workplace? Do you get pressured a lot? How do you deal with it?

In the midst that I am given assignment that runs out of time, I do really pressured to complete such. However in times like this , I really prepared myself with vitamins like stresstab as my protection. More than ever, I allow myself to ahve free time to unwind things so that I can refocus myself to the needed works.

I dont know if this would work for every one but what I do is take some pictures to where I can go to a "happy place" in my mind for a second. I know it sounds stupid but when I get really stressed I can look at a picture that makes me laugh or my family that makes me smile and then I am ready for more. I hope this helps.

I just get really upset and I end up crying. Not at work though. I cry when I get home. Unfortunately I don't really know how to deal with it so I will stay upset about it for quite a while. I wish I was one of those people who could just let it go and not be bothered. There's a lot of stress in my life right now, so I think that is making it worse than it normally would be.

I also have no good idea about that. But my experience shows you can't let your mood drift. Otherwise, it will become worse. You must determine to try to control your temper.

Gossiping- just talking to other people, dissolve the pressures. Naked running- only do it at home. Traveling- enrich your sight. for me, music is the best therapy.
