How many of you still live in or close to where you were born or grew up in? I have moved several times during my life time. I have lived in Georgia, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Tenn., Alabama and back to Mississippi that I can remember right now. How about all of you. I think a lot of people from the United States move a good deal but not sure about other countries.

I would to be able to travel. My dream is to go to Scotland one day. My ancestors come from there and the pictures of the countryside are beautiful.

I was born here in El Paso, Tx. I still live here, about 13 miles away from my old home, which is still occupied by my grandparents and my mother. Right now, moving is difficult for us, but someday my husband and I hope to move to either northern New Mexico, or Las Vegas, or maybe even Montana or Colorado. For now, however, we stay put. Believe me, it's nice to be home, and I appreciate it, but I'm just about ready to try a new city. Maybe someday.

I have thought of moving to Colorado before. I have never been there but it looks so lovely. Las Vegas would be too "busy" for me but to each his/her own. My family is scattered but I call this (Mississippi) home. I guess I will be here for a while longer.

I come frome China.I was born on grew up in a small seatown. My parents live there,my parents' parents live there. However, when I finished my high school,I went to shanghai city which is about 1,500km far from my hometown. My parents still live in my hometown,so every year I go back to see my parents and friends. In my country, things like this happen everywhere. Many people have two homes, one is where they live and work, the other is where they born.
