What time is your bed time?

I try so hard to get to sleep by midnight at the latest, but recently that has not been happening. I have been an insomniac. I stay up until 2 am, or sometimes later, either playing on the internet, sewing, scrapbooking, or watching a movie. I need to get back to my regular routine of an 11 pm bedtime. What is your bedtime?

I can't usually make myself go to bed much before 2am. I try to go to bed earlier but just can't sleep. Sometimes I work myself into a cycle of not going to bed until it's light out...that really stinks because then I sleep most of the day...there seems to be no winning...lol I am definately not a morning person. If I have to be up early in the morning I usually just stay up...I spend so much time worrying about waking up on time that I don't get to sleep.

Hi there! My usual bedtime is about 11:00 pm. We usually get home by 9:30 pm then we eat dinner and watch tv and spend some time with our son if he's still awake. Most of the time he is because he takes long naps in the afternoon. If there are times that I stay up later than that, thet's when I'm doing the taxes or my son is staying up late and wouldn't listen to me when I tell him to go to sleep. When that happens, we read books together or watch his favorite cartoons or movies until he falls asleep.
