Amazed at google results

Hi.I just did a search just like i do everyday.I have a blog:

I have an article here called "Get $147 worth free matrials".
Yesterday i searched google with the word "get $147".I was amazed at the results.I saw my blog in top ten.You can also try and see.Do you have any blog or website which ranks high in google?
