Tadpoles Pet

When I was a toddler, I used to catch Tadpoles, thinking that they are Fish, and used to keep them in a bottle as pets. Even now I smile, whenever I see tadpoles.Have you ever played with tadpoles.

yep i certenly did .back in the days when there were a lot of frogs around here .but i havent seen a frog or a tad pole down this way for many years they have all hopped away

The answer is YES YES YES!! That's my childhood memory. Lot's of tadpoles. I caught quite a lot of tadpoles and I put them in an unused toilet. It seems that I forgot about them for some days. And I smelt a bad smell coming from the toilet and also some noise.. I found some had die but SOME seems to be had evolve into FROGS!! That's really freaking me up!! haha

My wife and I grew up together and as chidren I would catch them and she would put them in big jars.Most we would keep and some we would sell to the local folks around the area,they kept them for bait.But yes we would keep some as pets.
