A big no!!!!!.Charter change is not the solution for our problems. It's the system that corrupts us.If we change our system right now and those people in power will be in charge, then it's a hopeless case for the Filipinos. You see anti terrorism bill is now a law, without anti terrorism law Gloria and the soldiers are doing what they want just to stay in power even to the extent of abusing our constitution. How much more if charter change is to be implemented with the help of anti terrorism bill. All our human rights will be demonized and violated to the full extent of lawlessness.May be if we get rid of these corrupt leaders,in the future it will be possible.

No, I don't favor a charter change at this time. We have a good constitution and it was made by the intelligent patriarchs of our country. If there are some thing that would be added to our present charter would be more stringent rules and laws against corruption. Have you not notice that our charter is still withholding despite of the ill-governance of the present regime. That's why they like to change it for the reason of more convenience in their part to allocate more money for their thwarted ways.

in my opinion.. yes.. why not? im not a lawyer or law expert but we are using 1987 constitution and some are obsolete and are not applicable in the current time.. why are people afraid of it? we, the populace, still have the right to reject any revision or amendment done.. filipinos must be educated with the needed change in order to achieve charter change..
