How to get more referrals?

I am in the internet for the last 7 years and am yet to know how to get more referals.
I joined several programmes and it was hard for me to get even one referral.
Can you help me?

Hi,
I know its difficult to get referrals for your favorite program. But, one thing that worked for me is traffic exchange. Check my blog for all the best traffic exchange that will help you get referrals. It works for me, so I believe that it will definitely work for you.
