Which country has won the maximum number of Ms Universe contests?

I heard in a local game show it is USA indeed followed by Venezuela. I think USA won 10 crowns while Venezuela won only 9. Our country, Philippines has only two so far. I hope we can add one this year. Well, hopefully and all I could do is to keep my fingers crossed. All the candidates are shining in their own kind of beauty so it is up for each of them to get the brightest shine in order to win.
