Easy oven brunch bake recipe

4 eggs 2 cups milk 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard 3 cups cubed French bread 1 pkg. (8 oz.)Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 1 cup chopped mushrooms 1 cup chopped red peppers 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup Real Bacon Bits 1/4 cup chopped Ham, any variety BEAT eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well. POUR into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Uncover baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I would love to try your receipe, but hate mushrooms. Any suggestions for a substitute?

Just leave them out honey. Add anything you do like.

This sounds really great! I love mushrooms and cheese in my eggs so I bet I will like this. I also like that you can refrigerate it overnight. It would be perfect to serve to overnight guests after you have stayed up late hanging out together.
