i just switch on my pc on when i want to be online. 'though i am using it daily but i do not turn on my pc continuously or 24/7 to save power consumption and avoid overheating. there is one instance that a fire broke out somewhere in our place due to overheating of a computer. i just want to be more careful about things or gadgets plugged in using electricity.

He..he...you right, it's rainy season in my country. Last week, i just take a sleep and i didn't turn off my pc coz it's still downloading. there are storms that incur the pylon,oh...the main board get burned. Now, there is new pc in my room!

Same story, keep mine running 24/7 as well and definitely use on a daily basis.
