Has the Internet made Stealing legal?

I have a site, dedicated to legitimate money making programs. I continue to up-to-date my site, adding more programs, and reporting on my progress. With all the thousands, and thousands of money making programs out there. I have only found four. I know all about the scams, and money ripp-off sites. I just didn't know how much there was. It seems like the Internet has provided a new kind of Stealing, and it seems to be legal. All they have to do is provide an advertisement, slap a price on it, and send it out. They sit back like vultures, waiting for death, only they are waiting for someone's money. They get fat off those that don't have anything. It would be like having company, and letting thieves come into your house, who steal from you, your family and your company. The INternet has thieves in its house, stealing from their family(you) and company(me).
