Dog destroys furniture - an angry puppy destroys a love seat

This is for dog-lovers and those who have never had a pet and are thinking about getting a puppy. Puppies are fun and lovable, but they are also a lot of work to raise and train. Look at the photo below and decide if owning a dog is for you...it isn't for everyone. I am a dog-lover and have raised many a dog. I have come home from work to find many a mess, even a dog giving birth on my sectional couch!...but, if you have never had a pet, and don't have time to spend with a pet, you may want to rethink it...puppies are more than just cute.

hehehe, I have to full grown black labs and while they are starting to wear the furniture down, it doesnt look near that bad but I do get your point. I rescued my dogs about 7 tears ago they were just puppies from the same litter and they were terrors when they were young. I had to build two fences because they would just climb the first fence that I built. Its funny, thinking back, the only reason I kept them was because my wife wouldnt let me get rid of them. Now they're the most well mannered, nicest dogs I could have asked for. They still wear sleep on the furniture though, as long as they understand that theres no room for them on the bed when were in bed. Take care!!

I love labs. Used to have a chocolate lab named Brutus. He learned "some" manners over the years, lol. He was given to us by the neighbor lady we had then while he was still small. It was a chore getting my chow to love ole Brutus, lol. Maybe I'll take time to scan in some old photos later this evening...beautiful dogs, really.
