I have set a goal to try and complete a duathlon this year . This is a very intense race . hopefully i'll lose around 20 pounds while training for this event.

Time bound achievement is good.I would like to hear once reach that point.

That sound like a very interesting goal. I have been eating right and working out at the gym and i have lost 45 since January the 8th of this year and all of this fitness stuff is new to me. I am sure that you will lose 20 pounds most likely alot more than that. The training for something like this is really intense. I wish you lots of luck and let me know how you are coming along with your endeavor.
