I have gained weight and I need to lose it badly...
Any diets thast work that don't cost a ton of money in supplements or fees?

Weight watchers always has worked for me. It is not expensive really and you can eat whatever you want, you don't have to go buy there food. Just count the fiber, cal, and fat and you can go by weight watchers that way. Good Luck. I know just how you feel!
