I'm sure that many of you have had that date from hell. Does anyone want to share their bad date story with me?

I remember about 4? Years ago I had a date with this guy, I cant remember who set us up, but he was terrible, we went to play miniature golf (his idea, i wasn't too thrilled) and he was alright but talked really fast and I couldnt understand much of what he said, and I hated his hair-it was slicked back with some sort of grease substance. So fine, whatever we get to mini golf and we're playing, and he tries to kiss me, and he got inches from my lips and I realized he had the worst breath I ever smelled and started to gag, but I tried to pretend it was a sneeze, but obviously it wasn't. Ugh, I get sick just thinking about it. He must have eaten a clove of garlic and a pound of salami before our date. Anyways, after that point I felt like leaving, but he wanted to finish up, so it was pretty uncomfortable the rest of the time.

After my divorce my sister in law decided to set me up on a blind date with a guy she had met 2 nights previously while she was out with her girlfriends. I wasn't so excited about going out alone with someone neither of us really knew, so she suggested we all go to a movie together. And by all of us I mean the three of us and our five kids. We get to the theater and somehow he's at one end of the row and I'm at the other. Realizing that we didn't have a chance to talk or get to know one another, we decide to get a pizza after the movie. This time sister in law makes sure we are seated next to each other. But my 2 year old daughter crawls under the table and throws a tantrum, screaming and kicking till we finally call it a day and go home. I guess my kid must have known something cause about a month later sister in law learns the guy has a highly contagious and incurable STD. Since then, no more blind dates. LOL

I can't really say I've had a bad date, but had dates that didn't go quite as expected or were comical in some way. When I was in HS, I dated a taller then average gal who was almost my height. One night, we were going to go for dinner, and she wanted to dress up...no problem, but she decided to wear heals. When she came over, she towered over me, so instead of her wearing something flatter, it was suggested I wear some "cowboy" boots my Dad just bought. Well, it sounded good, but I was as clumsy as an ox and she wasn't too coordinated either-so we held onto each other for dear life...through the snow and ice. I'm really surprised we didn't have a broken bone that night.
