The point is that she is putting herself out there as a Dipolmat and trying to make foreign policy. She does not even follow the basic courtices that leaders of government do. People notice these things and it all goes to into our immage around the world. Not understanding the customes of the different countries can cause problems. One example is the oriental custom of bowing when you great someone. The lower you bow shows you are subservent to them. By putting on the traditional muslum clothing she sent the message, to the people of the muslum world, that she was submissive to the men she was dealing with. Now Al Quada is claiming that the US is defeated because the Democrats hqve said so. So Yes I give a rats behind how she acts because she represents the US to the Worldand if she is so ignorant of how to behave in international circles, then she shoudl go back and stay in San Francisco where being a self centered and egotistical is acceptical.
