Well that seems to be a very nice idea for a pizza topping! I really love adobo and I think the flavor of such food would blend perfectly with the pizza dough!! YUM!!! Sorry I dont have any new recipe to offer but I certainly love eating pizza!

oh, you haven't heard yet of the loaf bread and pan de sal pizza. it will take only some slices of loaf bread or pieces of left over pan de sal, some cheese and pizza sauce to make it. others get some add ons like red bell peppers and fish slices. it is yummy and perfect for days when we love to eat pizza but cannot buy one for some reasons. this can be cooked under low heat in a kettle on top of a regular stove.

ive seen it in television and i think its not available in manila. the pizza parlor offers gourmet pizzas like adobo pizza, pakbet pizza and dinuguan pizza. kinda wierd but i would love to try it.

i will surely try that adobo pizza, too. we are pizza lovers and we had always been patronizing these pizza parlors around us. the homemade pizza that we use to enjoy at home is a mix of grated cheese, pizza sauce, slices of hotdogs, red and green bell peppers, bits of pineapple, and beef strips or pork strips.
