My body is sore like hell! I can barely move my arms and legs. I guess I spent too much time in the gym yesterday and my exercise routine is inconsistently erratic. Can you suggest an exercise program that has truly worked for you? Kindly be as specific as you can. Thanks a lot!

well its happened to me sometimes and you just have to rest up for a couple of days but if you do regular exercise then the problem should go away and you could try some energy and protein drinks with vitamins and minerals and amino acids in them especially glucosamine and chromium and chrondotin (i think thats how you spell it) and then just aim to work out at least once or twice a week or follow some exercises every day for about 10 minutes a day. skipping, jogging, biking, swimming, going to the gym and doing weights once or twice a week. you could keep like a fitness journal and write down your goals, what exercise youve done and how you felt and progressed you could check my helium articles you might find some useful at http://www.helium.com/user/show/145397 i just write down what i want to do and then do it and keep a record of the exercises and how long for also i just make exercise part of my routine anyway and this way it works and i stay quite fit - a good way to do it is find an exercise you enjoy doing as this will give you more motivation

Are you doing any cardio or just weights? Are you stretching? Stretching is very important. A lot of times weightlifters don't take the time to stretch and then they get so big and can't touch their shoulders. I recommend trying yoga. I do yoga 3 times a week. Tai chi 3 times a week. Cardio 3 times a week and weights three times a week. I always stretch at home before I hit the gym.
