Hi! Jane clayson Johnson has a book out called "I am a Mother". It got me thinking about how people feel about mothers. Are you one? How do you feel about being a mother? How long have you been a mother? Is it a thankless task? Is it a great blessing? It is nearly mothers day and I thought it would be nice to think about our mothers and how we are as mothers. Let me know your thoughts! The photo attached id of my foster daughter and I last year!

Hi, Yes I am a mother of 5 children, I love being a mother of my children. It is a blessing for me as I have 4 deceased sons which passed away as babies and so I am thankful that my others survived. That is wonderful that you are a foster mother and I am sure you love being a mother. xx

I have been a mother for 34 years and it is the most difficult, most stressful, most varied and most satifying role I have ever played. To be a good mother you need to be very resouceful and 'change hats' as needed. Cleaner, teacher, nurse, confidante, nutritionist are just a few of the hats you have to wear but the resulting lovely people the children grow into is the best reward. I now have grandchildren and I see my girls being exactly the sort of mothers I wanted them to be so another three lovely people are growing up.

I love being a mom. It is one of the greatest joys that I have in life. When I am having a hard day I look at my two little girls and remember how lucky I am. I have had 3 miscarriages between my first and second child so I consider myself blessed and don't take that for granted.

Being a mother is the hardest job in the world, but it is also the most rewarding. Sure you don't get paid for it with money, but you get paid every time your child says I love you, or smiles at you, or gives you a hug, or makes you a present, you know the type of pay that really matters. I have been a mother for 9 years and I regret none of it. Having my daughter is the best thing I have ever done in my life. She is my world, and all is right with her in my life. I never really understood the meaning of being blessed until she came along. She is the most beautiful thing in the world, both inside and out. I just love being a mom!

I'm not a mother yet, but I feel a being mother in my niece. She called me as her mommy. When she came into my life, my life starting to become busy and memorable. She kissed me and hug and say she loves me so much. She wrote a letter and she thankfull to have a second mom like me. I'm very glad that she came into my life. I wish to have one soon. I'm excited to become mother to my own child.

Hi Lucille, I am a mother of two boys. For me, motherhood is the best thing. Now I can say my life will never be happy without my children. They inspire me to do better in my job and they just make me happy. Motherhood is indeed tough. You don't get paid for being one, but nevertheless, it brings so much joy especially when your children tell you how much they love you and adore you.

Mother is rhe most precious creation by God. After become mother, now i know how its feel, how our mom feel when she raise us, teach us about life, how to become a good girl Wow, it really hard. And this make us more appreciate our mom. Being a mother is the most sweet thing happen in our life. From the moment they were in our womb until they grow up,they make our life completed as a women. It is a great blessing. And they also the reason, we bring happiness in our marriage life. I as a working mom, sometimes being unfair to my kids as I seldom spend time with them. And i hope that they will understand me. And also hope, they will not only make me as their mom, but also as their friend. Its really hard to put yourself as good mom and good employee. But one thing i know, God will not choose us if He knew we cant take the responsibility. So...try the best to be good mother cause we r been choosen...

I have been a mother for 11 weeks now. It is the greast acheviement I could have ever accploshed in this life time. I thank God every day for allowing me to watch over one of his angels. I am also blessed for each day that he gives me with him b/c as eaisly he gave me this angel he can take him back home with him. To all mother count each day as a precious blessing you never know what God has instore for our little angels or when he will want them back!!
