What is your favorite bread?

I absolutely love bread, so I would have had a very difficult time choosing too!! I guess it would depend on my mood. My all time favorite kind of bread though is sourdough. I love that stuff!! lol

Well i would go for croissants but they're made of pastry so i don't consider them to be a bread but more of a cake/pastry. I like my bread to be brown or wholemeal, and to have lots of 'bits' in it, like nuts and seed etc, poppy seeds especially. I also like the crust to be nice and crusty. So, i like browm/wholemeal crusty break with nuts & seeds!

I probably would have asked if I could have some of each.lol. It really all depends on my mood but I think I like them all about equally. I also like those brown and serve rolls but we usually only get them at holiday time. My daughter-in-law got me hooked on those crossaint rolls that come alreay in a dough and you have to roll them up and cook them. I know its cheating but they are oh so good.

I have to watch my cholesterol. So, I get whatever has whole wheat. But, I love those buttery rolls from a buffet we have in town.
