Does anyone know who is the Owner of ICC?????? Its a really serious question...

Hi all!!! I was really surprised to hear this... A few days back, i watched a news channel, which was disclosing the facts of International Cricket Council (ICC).. The reports say that, till today's date, no one knows who is exactly the owner of ICC..!!!! Some people say that he is Malcom Speed.. But its not the fact.. Malcom Speed is not the owner of ICC.. He is only a CEO of ICC.. But the question arises that who is the owner??? The reports also say that uptil now, there is no any evidence on paper about the owner of ICC... There is no proof... Even the CEO of ICC doesn't know who is the owner...!!!! Infact all over the world, nobody knows about who owns ICC...!!!! Thus according to the media reports, they believe that its owned by the underworld, and the entire finance is of the underworld only.. They all are investigating on this.. Hope we come to know about the truth soon... What do u think guys??? Replies are most welcome..
