Have you ever travelled around the world? I did when I was 20 years old. I managed to afford to do this by working in Australia. My route was: London-Los Angeles-Honolulu-Fiji-Sydney-Adelaide overland Cairns-Darwin-Singapore-London If you were to travel around the world where would go like to go?

I'm dreaming of travelling around the world. I'm afraid I do not have enough money to do that now. Someday... Wish me luck, Maximax8. So, you'd ever visited Bali then, or Jogjakarta in central Java, the place where I was born.

Glad to hear that, Maximax8. Sumatra is one of the big five islands in my country beside Java, Borneo, Celebes, and Papua. You'll see various cultures and languages in my country. Bali seems to be the most famous place to visit, and it is not far from Australia. Close enough to drop in when you're going to Ausy. Happy days Maximax8!

Yes, I took another long trip to New Zealand. It was a wonderful trip with many good opportunities for walking along beautiful tracks. Travelling with Air New Zelnd gave me the chance to see more of the South Pacific. I got to see French Polynesia, the Cook Islands and Samoa. I hope you get to see all the places you wish soon.

I don't have any route yet, but my major destination right now is Australia. I haven't been there before but I just have a feeling that the place is amazing. Since you live there, tell me about it.

I live in the UK but lived in Australia once. I was married to an Australian you see. Sydney is the most beautiful city I have ever seen. Kangaroo Island is full of wildlife that is wonderful to see. The Queensland coast is dotted with lots of beautiful islands. Snorkelling is a superb activity to do if you like seeing colourful coral and friendly fish. Australia is amazing. I hope you get to go there soon.

I wish I have the chance to do that. I have been to KSA(Bahrain/Abu Dhabi/Jeddah), HongKong , and China. I would love to go to USA and Europe. Its not easy for Filipino to get visas to other countries so I guess it will take me more time to get the chance.

It is a shame that it is not easy for a Filipino to get visas for other countries.

I usually travel budget style. I stay in youth hostels or cheap guest houses. Sometimes I spend a bit more when I see somewhere really lovely to stay. For going round the world I left one February and to go to New Zealand I left one November. Both of these are cheap times to travel. I got a working holiday visa for both Australia and New Zealand. I wanted to see Belize but flights there are about £600. So I got a £200 flight to Cancun in Mexico and caught a bus there. I don't eat every much and carry many snacks to eat with me. Eating out is something I do without. Instead I buy food from local supermarkets. I am a teacher and I used to like having short term contracts so I could travel at the cheapest times of year. The school holidays are an expensive time to travel so I either book flights early or go at the last minute. The most beautiful place in the world has to be Samoa.

Wow, one of my dreams is to travel the world. I've only been to Bangkok, Brunei, Hongkong and China. Maybe I'll be able to travel the world when I already have a job. I'd like to go to Europe, Singapore, States and Australia.

Your travel was really amazing. I visited many places in my home country Brazil, US and Europe but there is so much more to see. If I went around the world, probably would pass thru India and Australia, Tahiti and California.
