Why almost of the teenager choose nursing as a profession? There's a lot of reason why choosing nursing as a profession: some say, to care with the sick and also the well person (our focus is not only the client/pt. but also the family/ S.O) other may say, they don't like this course. it is there parents want (due to parent's frustration in their year of not having this course. So, they pass it to their children). and some reason, is that, this is the opportunity to go abroad (it is easy to go abroad when choosing this field due to increase/high demand of nurses abroad). and also to earn green money (dollars) in order to help their family regarding financial problem. there's a lot more reason why choosing this coarse..

The good side of being a nurse is that you get to expose in different people with different lives characters w/c enables you to learn life as we see it.. sometimes patient touch our lives and sometime we get friends to them.. The bad side is that the exposure we get to our patients expose us to different diseases as well that's why a nurse should be as healthy as possible.

Here in the UK you find that a lot choose the course because it is fully subsidised (their tuition fees are paid by the government and they get paid a monthly amount for attending). A lot don't care about the care, I heard one girl say during training that she wasn't there to clean "s***" and that wasn't what she would be doing once qualified. Most just see a pay packet and are not emotionally qualified for the work.
