Hello, my fiance wants to build up his musceles. How do you start this, please give examples like what type of exersing he needs to do, way he should eat etc... Thankz

my husband bought a machine for lifting weight so he can work out anytime, he does work out 3-4 times a week, take a protein shakes after that, and he eats lots of food with protein, it does work but its a long process, he needs to be patience.
