How often do you wash your car? Clean the upholstery? I used to wash it every two weeks and clean the upholstery every 3 months or so (I have kids. . . need I say more?) Since i'm now a stay at home mom my car has been neglected. It has cracker crumbs in the carseats, sippie cups with mold in them, toys, french fries, mail, etc. We only have one car and my hubby has it everyday to get to work so I don't get to keep it clean. And then when i do get the chance to there is always something more important to do.

We have a car and truck. They are both usually fairly clean. The baby doesn't ride in the truck, so there is never any left over food or milk in there. It's sometimes dirty, because my husband is a mechanic. He vacuums it out about one every 2-3 months.
Then we have "my car." Now that I stay home with my son, it sometimes goes a full week without leaving the driveway. Anytime we leave base, we take it, but I rarely take the baby anywhere besides maybe to the grocery store, without my husband. Anywhere else we go (like playdates) we walk. I do clean the car out once a month, though. I take out the sippy cups that didn't make it out before, and vacuum out the eternally messy carseat. I swear, my son doesn't even eat in the car that often, but still always has crumbs all over it! I think my husband must feed him anytime they go anywhere without me. :)
When it's warm outside, my husband sprays both cars off in the driveway, just about every weekend. He takes them to an automatic carwash to get the underside and everything done about every other month or so.

Our truck is pretty messy too. We dont have moldy sippy cups but my husband has his share of travel mugs laying on the floor. I'm sure there are a few happy meal bags in the back seat as well as kleenex, napkins and wadded up papers. We also have only one car and its never home or we are in it on our way to church. It needs a good old fashioned bath.
