losing weight

does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose weight ive been going to the gym about 3times a week for the past month and a half and im not seeming to be getting any where with it ive changed my eatting habits to eat less but still eating the same basically only thing im trying to focus on is my stomach i want a falt stomach instead of flab!! anyone please help

hi,i used to be 170 but i started jogging and do sit up i jog 20to30min.and do 30x sit up 5 days a week.i did not change my eating habbit tho, i like drinking iced tea a lot, but i dont eat after 6pm.i have lost 22pounds in 5 months thats what i do and i want to share it with you if you are interested and i hope it will help you when you try.good luck=)

If you want to lose belly fat, then follow a diet that is high in protein in low in simple carbohydrates (white flour products, white bread, white pasta, white potatoes). Eat lean protein and complex carbohydrates like vegetables, fruit, whole grain cereal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta. I suggest going to www.weightwatchers.com and sign up for a free trial membership and chose their core program to follow (not the points program). If you follow this program and exercise regularly, you will begin to see results within a couple of weeks. Good luck.
