Should Arnold Schwarzenegger step in

Do you think Arnold Schwarzenegger should step in and help Paris Hilton out? She is facing 45 days in jail for reckless driving and I was wondering if you think he should step in and help her out. Is it easier on a man to go to jail or a woman. I would imagine it would be scary for both a man or a female but possibly scarier for a female.

I know what you mean. But our jails are so over crowded already why have someone in there that we know ain't as bad as most who are in jail. I think she already learned a valuable lesson.

I have no idea what it is like in jail but I think it is time that movie stars and singers learn that they are not above the law. They should be punished for the wrong choices they make just like the rest of us are. Fame should have nothing to do with the sentance that is handed down.

No the governor wouldn't step in for anyone else. She broke the law and she needs to do the time. Just because she is a star and has lots of money I don't think she should be able to get out of the punishment

Why should he? Why should he help someone that had every chance and possiblity and resource to help herself? Why would that make sense. PRison is hard for anyone, but plenty of women go to prison, so why help her? Because she's famous? pfffffffft

Absolutely not. If she was dumb enough to not the the terms of her supended driving lisence then she deserves the punishment she received. On top of everything she arrived 20 minutes late for her court appearance and was posing for pictures and fixing her make-up upon entering the court....a complete lack of respect for the judicial system...she should have had a stiffer sentence in my opinion.

absolutely not.celebs should not get preferential treatment.none of us would get a break if we broke the terms of prior arrests.in fact,we'd probably get more time than she's currently getting.

I don't think he should step in and help her out. She was the one in the wrong by driving. Just because she is known and has money shouldn't mean that she should get out of her punishment. If something like that had happened to an average Joe/Jane then they surely would have to do the time. If she were to get out of it I bet there will be many that would cause and uproar and rightfully so. She just needs to serve her time, liking it or not.
