Recently i started an exercise regime that focuses on improving my muscles, i have seen a change in my legs, arms, back and stomach but i have seen no change in my pectorals in any shape or form does anyone know any exercises that will help improve this area of my body?

you could buy a set of dumbells and start doing chest exercises with them and also push ups and sit ups as well cause this will help your chest muscles you can do chest exercises by squeezing your arms and elbows in with your arms bent and parallel to your chest and then keeping your arms bent and elbows level with your chest you just push your arms out to the side and bring them in again use the dumbells and increase the weights ive got an arm exercises video which you can use weights with and it will help your chest you can find more exercises on my blog at http://www.blogchex.com/urbancitycrew and the arm exercises and other videos from my share a flic profile http://www.shareaflick.net/video.php?user=2216 and also theres a good website for training the pecks at http://www.fitstep.com i hope you succeed
