Yes I think there are a lot of things that the government keeps secret from the general public. There are some things that have to be kept secret, I think there are also some things that our government does that they shouldnt and they keep that from us too.

I agree. And I think too much is kept from us. We are intelligent beings and deserve to be treated that way. These secret societies are bologna, but there is nothing we can do to stop these wheels from turning. Que Sura Sura, Whatever will be, will be, the future is not ours to see, Que Sura Sura... I am just wondering why we need to have Superhighway being built through Loredoo Texas and all future foreign shipments sent to Kansas. I am not a fan of anything GLOBAL. Pretty soon, the USA will no longer be a sovereign nation and we will be called the NORTH AMERCICAN UNION. May I see your papers please? This will be something we will regret, trust me. No more "rigths" no more "freedoms" no more "nothing".

If there were no such thing as coincidences, why would the word exist?

Exactly! I believe our government has been involved in all sorts of conspiracies since the 1600's and probably earlier. There are always cults that someone follows and carries them into public office.

I don't like anything to do with politics because all i ever see or hear about is corrupt people. They play this game for riches and power and if you don't play, you are out. Some people are adamant in their beliefs. Even seeing or hearing the truth, they prefer to remain ignorant to facts. I am open-minded and not easy to fool. For me it is very surprising what is not being said about the 911 attack. Certain leaders are given the power to control theirs and other parts of this world. Take care Momoftwingirls.

Hi Mom...In one of my previous discussions w/ you I said that I don't Believe in Conspiracies...That's not entirely true. Especially w/ this President. I Believe there is a conspiracy to keep the Katrina-Ravaged south impoverished , so that King-George can let all of his rich friends come in " clean-house " and Build Franchise-Hotel-Chains all along the Gulf. It seems odd to me , that we're still even talking about the living conditions in Louisiana two-years after Katrina. Yes....I guess I have to concede, that there are conspiracies after all.

I for one don't it's not that i retust our government implicitly, it's just that most conspiricies are rediculous and poorly supported by facts. I think a lot of people who support these theories do so because either it's trendy or they simply find it easier to believe when they dislike an aspect of government or a particular politician than to admit they may have done something right.

I wouldn't consider myself someone who tends to believe most conspiracies. But I think that everyone believes a few. The problem with conspiracies is obviously they usually lack evidence, or someone with their own personal agenda makes outragous claims. But for the most part, I would never believe a conspiracy, like anything else, unless I had clear evidence.

If our government is not to be trusted, then what is the point of having a government at all? If the conspiracies that you are referring to are the ones that nut jobs have tried to put out concerning 9-11, and others like that then no, I don't believe in them. If you are referring however to special interest groups or political parties conspiring against the American people to further their own agendas, then yes, because it happens constantly.
