My daughters and I are so ticked off!

My grandsons, 6 and 7, want to play soccer. When my daughters went to sign them up, they were told they were 1 day too late. Now, I've been told that the teams are too small in our area, and they need new players, and no, we aren't allowed to put them in a team from another area, just show up at a practice and ask. So, where to find the practices? Apparently, all the other soccer teams have a website, but not the one for our area, NO, we'd have to drive around to all the other team areas and find a coach who knows where they practice in our area, which is just stupid. Put upur kids in sports, it teaches them to be good team players. Nope, it teaches them that you can't play because you can't find the bloody team to play with!

Wow, that sucks. The soccer association that my kids are involved in let people register after the final date because there are always situations where parents don't pay or the kids quit and teams end up short. That way there is a waiting list if kids have to be replaced. I guess we're lucky that it's so well run here....sorry to hear about that.
