I need a new phone and im undecided from Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola?

Hi my fellow mylottoers. It has been 3 years since i bought my Sony Ericsson P900, unfortunately when i was in Singapore i charges it in their socket and my phone suddenly had errors. When i charge it and the battery is full; once someone would call me it drains the battery. So i needed to buy a new phone. I'm thinking of severeal options coming from a PDA phone. I was thinking of the Sony Ericsson P990i 3G capable or Nokia N95 also 3g capable. I was also thinking of Dopod PDA phones. However all these 3 phones are expensive, im saving up for it. Maybe you could give me some advise what phone i should buy between the three or if you have other units that you think satisfy your needs please feel free to tell me.
