Having a husband and three boys, this question was not even up for debate, they learned from the time they were potty trained that they had a very unhappy mom if she got up in the middle of the night to potty and fell in the toilet! THE TOILET SEAT DOWN!

Yes, definitely. My husbands good because he does, but my boys still do it. Then if my brother comes around he does it too, plus he leaves a puddle on the floor or on the wall. I just can't understand how an adult can not get it into the bowl properly. You would think he would have learnt to aim properly by now. I won't even use the toilet at his place and I won't let my kids use it either.

Yes! Yes! Yes! It only takes a few seconds to put the lid down.I had a problem with that with my dad for the longest time but he finally did start to put the lid down.Well,most of the time anyway,lol

He must put the toilet seat down! There are many reasons why. But when I lived with my brother, hed always leave it up and I just thought it was always down by habit and go to sit down and fall in. Not fun!
