If You Are A Believer, You Are A Minister!!

I have something from my heart to tell you. I want to let you know that God anoints you brethren for a special purpose on this earth, and He will use you if you desire to be used by him and practice self-denial. I want to let you know that every believer is a minister. Some would think, "Does it mean that I got to preach on the pulpit?" or "I don't have a title." No my friend, you don't need a title to be a minister. Minister comes from a Greek word Huperetes, meaning servant. My point is that you as Christians are servants to God and mankind. John 14:12 states that you shall do greater works because Christ went to the Father. Also Matthew 28:19 and Mark 16:15-18 tells you that you are commissioned by God to minister to mankind. You're empowered by God to do greater things including preaching the gospel to the lost, prophesying, doing charitable deeds, and laying hands on sick so that the sick will recover. Remember the power of God is in you, and ministering to people is not limited to the Pastor and his clergy in the local churches. Ministry is beyond the four walls of the church and you don't have to have a pulpit to preach. Everywhere you go to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost, you're taking the pulpit with you(not in the literal sense). Also, remember that to minister to people is also by the lifestyle you live and how you treat people. According to 1 Corinthians 12:4-6, it states that yes, we may have different gifts, but the same God works all the gifts in all men. God didn't make all of us to be preachers on the pulpit, pastors, apostles, teachers, evangelists, prophets, or etc. He makes us in different positions because we need functioning and edification for the Body of Christ. Just like we need all the parts of the body to function. Say for example, you would need two legs and two feet to walk, not four feet. I brought this analogy up because I want to let you know that if we have the same position in ministry, say for example if all of us are pastors, the world will be boring. Also, we need different gifts for survival. My point is that you need to appreciate the gifts and callings that you were blessed and given by God. Some of you may have the gift and or calling, of singing, rapping, art, cooking, preaching, teaching, pastoring, evangelism, etc. Don't step outside of your calling for any reason, especially if you're trying to be in favor with the people whom you have no business being in favor with. Also, with your gifts and callings, make sure you use them right and that your heart is in the right place. To find a calling and gifts for you, all you got to do is to be on the threshing floor and share Jesus with people
