LaKisha goes home!!

OH MAN! I saw your discussion title and my heart SUNK! Not because Lakesha went home, thats what I guessed, and kind of hoped for...but because American Idol is not on for another hour here! LOL. you ruined the surprise ;P Oh well...my sis did that to me with Sanjaya! lol. It's okay. At least it was a pleasant 'ruiner.'

I'm happy!!! I had picked the top 4 in the first week of the top 12...but Lakisha was next on my list...this was my top 3...I'd be happy for any of them to win...they are all great!!! Glad Blake stayed in there...last night was not his best at all!!! But there you go...I'm happy...final 3...anyone can win!!

I thought it would either be Lakisha or Blake. Lakisha is very talented and should go far with her career:) I was so bummed because I fell asleep before the final results!! My husband had to tell me this morning who left! I wonder if Blake will remain in the final 2 due to his popularity with the young girls. I liked him alot, but this last week, he really blew it.

Lekisha is one of my favourite contestant in the American Idol competition this season. I am not denying her sultry and soulful voice and she has such a big voice and talent that i really admire. Her close competitor in the competition would be Melinda. I am not feeling surprise or sad of her leaving because i know she still can make an impact in the music scene despite not going to the final 3. Because i know she can still make it big even though she is not the winner of the American Idol.

I admit, I am so happy to see her go. I do not think she deserved to be there as long as she has been. She has great talent but I have felt she was not wanting it as bad as the others for some time now. I wish her the best, but we are truly down to the best three now. Woohoo!

How can blake have stayed with that junk he sang the other night? I saw how down LaKeisha looked for the last few days and it hurt her performance, but blake is terrible. I hope she has a great career and I'll buy an album from her. Who else has been able to get a kiss from Simon? I think America got it wrong, Blake should have been voted off.

I was hoping for Blake to go home tonight so that I would not have to hear his beat boxing junk anymore but now I will have to listen to him one more week. Lakisha did have a bad night and has not been doing as well the last few weeks so it could have gone either way. I was just happy that Jordin was safe and Melinda as well. Blake will be next to go unless the girls mess up big time and he continues with his beat boxing.

It did not suprise me. I knew she would be leaving tonight. I just had a feeling. She has a beautiful voice but lately it seems like her heart has not been in it. I don't know why, maybe she is having personal problems. All I know is that the excitement didn't seem to be in her anymore. I honestly thought all of them didn't do very good last night. But my favorite is Jordin and I think she did the best of them all.

I think that she was given advice on how to sing a song by a music icon, and she didn't take it ot use it. Bad choice by her, correct vote by the fans.

I wasnt surprise with the result. i knew she wouldnt win the competition.. i wish her the best though too. i know she will excel in the career after all the exposure on tv. the next to go will be blake. About who's going to win the whole competition.. its a hard call, both jordin & melinda are really good. whoever wins it deserves it.. coz they're both super talented in their own rights.

aww...lakisha goes home? erk..i thought it would be blake. initially i thought lakisha had the potential to win american idol. anyway the results show will only be shown here in 6 more hours! but i've already known the result, thanks to this discussion lol..
