Yes there are various bluetooth attacks that you can do on phones these days. Although all the latest phones have some protection on them to stop them from doing it. Basically when you use bluetooth, the phone connects to a certain little network on it (i think its btp://) This network has access to all the files on the phone. When you do a bluetooth attack, you connect to this network and then through that you start to upload malicious software onto the persons phone, because there is no way they can stop or see it. I think on most new phones these days they have a security thing set up on this network, so the person has to verify before giving access to these files.
