That would be the day lol. I haven't had more than seven hours sleep if I am lucky. Even though I take herbal remedies to aid restful sleep lol, I am awake by five a.m So I just end up getting up and doing a round of Tai Ji, which just reminds me that I am due for a short break as I have been online for three hours lol and am nowhere finished lol. I should check the Guinness Book Of Records if I were you, maybe there is something in there?
