THE CURRENCY IN SRI LANKA IS RUPEES, JUST LIKE IN INIDA, BUT IT IS NOT STRONG AS THE INDIAN CURRENCY.. INFACT 1 INDIAN RUPEE IS EQUIVALENT TO 2.7 SRI LANKAN RUPEES. Indians come to sri lanka and shop till they drop.. caz they find everything soo cheap

My country is mauritius and we use the mauritian rupees... its not the same rupees as in india!!!

Our currency is call a dollar. I think it sounds like something great. I prefer it over other currencies out there.
