Nowadays, there are a lot of Koreans here in our country, Philippines, studying the English language. But a lot of them uses their native language when talking with their fellow Koreans, of course. Sometimes, when i hear them talking, i get a little curious what the heck are they talking about.. I thought it would also be nice to learn about and how to speak their language... Hmm, but the language i would really love to learn is the French language. I find it amusing how written words in French are spoken with different accent and pronunciation! And when i hear it, i agree with what they say that French Language is romantic.. :P And besides, i dreamt of going to Canada someday, and it is very useful in that country if i speak and understand the French language. What about you guys, what foreign language would you like to learn aside from English?

Yes i am a filipino. Oh really, is it in UP Diliman? I'm from Iloilo. I think i heard that UP Iloilo offers some language classes but it depends on the number of enrolees. I hope i can enrol in something like a home study course. I don't know, maybe there's some courses offered online?

I tried to learn Korean when I had to tutor some high school Koreans. I found it a weird language or perhaps only because I already know Mandarin, I confuse the words. Some of the characters are also similar to Chinese ones. I've tried French, but it takes dedication or a daily regimen to master a new language, so far my schedule has not allowed that.

I'd like to learn German. I don't know, i just liked the sound and the accent. I used to watch Hitler in historical movie clips and man I was in awe when I saw him how he delivered his speeches in German. The accent was superb and the forceful intonation attracts me to learn about that language. By the way, I just admire Hitler for the way he speaks, not because of what he did. ;)
