We need to let go of our anger because it would actually be unhealthy for us not to let off stream. Have you noticed why there are people that we call walking time bombs? It's because we sense that those people have too much anger in them being kept and in the end it could have very negative effects on ones overall well-being. One study indicated that having too much anger could actual make one's function poorer. So that is the reason why we experience shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing when we are angry. So let us not wait for our anger to built up. We should find ways to release it. As for me, I have learned that shouting to the top of my lungs really makes me feel better. Running and having a punching bag at home wherein one could really do some boxing is really a very good way to let of stream. Sweating do releases the happy hormone by doing those things that would reverse the effect of anger on our system. How about you? how do you let go of your anger?

This also relates to a matter I was reading about in a book by Deepak Chopra in which he claimed that judging situations does not allow us to move forward. We just have to allow things that we have no control over or that shouldn't even matter to us to pass along and out of our lives. Anger is definitely something that we need to let go of just as soon as it appears.

I love Deepak Chopra and I read his books. When one reads his books, one can't realizing and appreciating the world more. I learned so much about love from him and simple appreciation of life that just doesn;t have room for negative emotions such as anger. Thanks for sharing!

Sometimes I do the same and shout to the top of my lungs. I am not really big on keeping my anger because it would just eat at me. Thanks for sharing!
