While getting up, offer praying to God

Yes, I do pray before retiring to bed and when waking up in the morning. Usually my prayer before I retire at night centers on thanking the Lord for the blessings of the day; in the morning I also thank God for the good night sleep and for protecting us with a peaceful night. This is a habit I have developed through the years. . .

I actually do, although I must admit that at times, I get lazy and doze off or get really unappreciative and go about my activities for the morning without thanking my Father for a peaceful sleep. I should do that much often.
