What to do with e-gold now?

my friends know, how long i couldn't make e-gols account .After I riched necessary minimum, but earningd weren't transmited to e-gold. One day I tried to check e-gold and they wrote that there were changes in my IP or ID so I must enter PIN which they were send by mail. i did it but unfortunately couldn't open my e-gold.
So I am confused now. when i check my earnings here from myLot site, i see note that I must make new account.
Tell me clever people, does i really must make new e-gold or must wait till problems with e-gold will get rid? And will my earnings will be lost?

I have the same fear since i deposited my money earned from myLot in my e-Gold account, nearly $70 (last months work), this being somehow frustrating, altough i'm not here entirely for money :(
Hopefully the problems that they're having right now will be solved and we can recover our money. If not, we should expect for myLot to offer us an alternate method of payment (for those of us who can't use PayPal) with regret of losing our money in e-Gold.

i have the same fear. entering e-gold could be hard sometimes..i will be very careful in the future with my e-gold.

thanks for sharing this problem with me. and am sorry for your lose of earnings, but hope that u will not lose them firever. If myLot or e-gold are interested in our residence here, they will find way how solve this problem. I hope so.

yes i am accessed with IE. I am used to work with it so for now i don't want change. Maybe in time i will think about. but at this moment I will wait how things will going .

for the moment that we are having some problems with e-gold, we will have to allow mylot to put on hold our earnings. mylot is willing to put our earnings on hold for us who are only having an e-gold account. in my country, paypal is not available also. perhaps, it wouldn't take so long when we will be able to figure out how to be able to get our pay from mylot.

in my country paypal isn't available, so I just will wait for some moment. i hope myLot will solve this problem.

That is one of e-gold's security measure. They will send you an email that contains the pin number and normally the mail will arrive almost instantly. All you need to do then is to just key in the pin number as per the instruction on the login screen and you should be able to access your account immediately. This will happen only if you tried to access your e-gold at another place that is different from the last place that you used to access e-gold.

thank u for explaining. Must say, that i received PIN by mail. and i entered it where were required, but unfortunately after i did it i couldn't open my account. They told me that my password or number are incorrect. i was sure that i entered right data. I tried hundreds of times , but the same outcome...
And i can't understand, why when I check earnings from myLot site, myLot write me that I must make new account, coz their records indicate, that i didn't entered my payment information...what information they mean? when i was making account and filling form in myLot, I entered everything what were required...
