what is your most favorite cebu vacation spot

mine would be my latest birthday sojourn in november - Badian Island Resort and Spa. voted by the world's spa association, as the 2006 8th best spa in the world, it boasts of sugary white sands, pristine waters, the best of coral gardens, snorkeling and diving grounds, a thallaso therapeutic bath, sumptuous food, first class accomodations, friendly staff, and of course their world-famous bali inspired spa, locally known as 'hilot' - no less than the philippine president GMA came over to have the taste of the best of cebuano life last october, barely a month before i checked in. in fact, my 'hilot 'joy' was the same one who treated her to the same massage. it was pure 'delight! if you want absolute relaxation, solitude, silence, peace amidst the abundant beauty and sounds of nature, you should not miss badian island resort and spa, proudly cebu, only in the philippines.

Badian Island Resort is gaining popularity now but i think the resort itself is own by a foreigner. Makes me want to go there myself if i can afford it, i would love to have the same treatment you got, was it expensive?

It's owned by a German who married a Filipina. my suite called the Badian Suite costs P8 thousand php per person per day - that's about $160 - 170 something. there are rates for the different services that they have like the spa (which is the best for me), the island hopping and snorkelling the food, etc... for me it's quite pricey, but it's worth it if you're looking for a peaceful respite and some grand self pampering.

- Tambuli Beach Resort (my dad was the designer of one of the pool) - Plantation Bay & Spa (my dad was the contractor) - Allegre Beach Resort.. && lots of places...
