Will you open doors for strangers??

I always check before I open a door for someone I dont know. I peep first to see who are they and If dont know I've always check. I dont open my door for stranger especially when I am alone at home. I would pretend that nobody is home and will be watching until they gone. By that time I will be ready with my phone.. just in case I need to make emergency call.

Definitely not. You need a very good reason to enter my house invited. I don't want to end up killing the person if he ends up to be some bad guy.

I always check before I open the door!! When someone knocks on the door and we aren't expecting anyone I always tell my kids to be quiet. I won't even open it if I don't know them. You never know what people will try to do these days. I would rather be rude and not answer the door and stay safe!

at a store I always open the door for others. It is the polite thing to do. however, at home I am cautious and always look through the peep hole, if they look harmless enough or if it is obvious that I am at home such as they may have heard me talking - I will ask what they need through the door. we have a lot of cars breakdown on the road close to our house - so often times they may need a phone.... I am uneasy opening my door to others.

I make sure I check to see who it is or look through the peep hole in the door to make sure I can see who it is. I have had bad experiences opening doors to strangers. It is dangerous especially now, with all of the weird things going on in this world. People pose as repairmen, policemen, anything to get into your house or to hurt you. I am always very careful especially when I am alone.

Never.....I cannot open the door until and unless i make sure who the person is and whats the purpose of his/her visit in case of starngers. I use to be very suspicious in these cases, so always prefer to peep out first and then confirm everything and then decide whether to open the dorr or not......
