I think it is justified. I mean she pulled over like 2 or 3 times after she got the DUI and had her lisence suspened. Just because she is famous and has alot of money should not make her above the law. She is a grown women and knew she was not supposed to be driving. If this would have been just some regular person they would be sitting in jail and so should she.

Yes! In California, if you are charged with a DUI, you automatically lose your license - in many cases they physically take it from you. There are no exceptions - you are not able to drive for a set period of time! AT ALL! Not restricted, not driving just for your job - YOU CANNOT DRIVE AT ALL! If you break that rule - GO TO JAIL! CA may be messed up in many ways - but when it comes to DUI - everybody plays by the same harsh rules. Those are the LAWS in California - for Ms. Hilton as well as for the rest of the citizens.

It is definitely justified, every other person would have been in prison for a long time already but simply because she has a name it has to be all over the press globally, ridiculous if you ask me.
