Do you wear bra at night? does it necessary to take off?

i have heard some where at its not good to wear bra at nite..its better if girls take it off while sleeping...esle its depend on every girl..wat thet think n aslo abt comforts...

It should be removed in the night when we go to bed for sleep. In the using time we will feel tight and will not feel free. we all wishes a good sleep and whoever want to have a good sleep please feel free.

hi lovedue! actually eversince i wear bra i usually wear it till night, but for the past few months i always complaining for uncomfortable feelings here in my "ssshhh" you know, but when i visit the doctor to check my for my problem, i thank God that what i am feeling is just a simple usual aches that womens suffer for their monthly period, but my doctor told me that at night i should not wear a bra it can be dangerous for us, coz that part of our body need to breath too, and also not wearing bra at night can prevent cancer too..

I cannot stand wearing my bra 24/7. They are mostly uncomfortable, and annoying. It's hard to sleep when you have something pushing into your skin and make you uncomfortable. I know there are myht's surrounding wearing your bra at night and stuff, but I really don't know if any of them are true or not. I choose not to wear it at night, and I stand by that decision. I'd rather sleep comfortably.

bras are one of the most uncomfortable contraptions known to man lol...why the heck would i want to wear one to bed after wearing one all day? lol

I take mine off. Personally, I feel more comfortable with them free.

no it is not necessary but it is recomended. underwires can create red lines and they irritate quickly.

I personally don't wear bra as i don't have to, But i have seen my partner wearing bar at night as well. She changes to new one little bit more comfortable one in the night ..I only remove it in between for 40 - 60 min and after we are done she wears it again..

i don't take it off...i feel more uncomfortable not wearing my bra at night...i don't know why...
