Have you read any of her work? She has two series that I really like - one is the Anita Blake series. Anita is a necromancer and vampire executioner. I'm also reading the Merry Gentry series - Merry is the princess of the Unseelie Sidhe faery court. I also just finished a book of short stories called "Strange Candy".
What are your favorite books by Laurell?

I confess. Vampires are my guilty pleasure. I stumbled upon Hamilton's books by accident and really enjoyed them. I haven't read all the Anita Blake series, but have been thinking about trying to find all of them.

Oooh they get better and more complicated as they go on. Definately check them out. Very worth it.

Ive not read any any of those but i'm a HUGE fan of J.R Wards Black Dagger Brotherhood series....those are fabulous!!! And Sherrilyn Kenyon books arent bad either...

I've read the Anita Blake books but not the Merry Gentry. I've thought about looking into those though.

I read the first two Anita Blake books by Laurell K. Hamilton, but none of her other books. I really enjoy reading vampire-related books, but there were aspects of her style that I didn't really like.
